This wikiHow teaches you how to insert an infinity symbol (∞) into any typing area using your iPhone's keyboard. Though there's no dedicated infinity key, there is a gray infinity symbol emoji that's easy to find.

Tap the typing area. This opens your iPhone's keyboard.

Tap the emoji key. It's the smiley face key at the bottom-left corner of your iPhone's keyboard.

Tap the symbol category. It's the next-to-last category icon (the one containing 4 small symbols) below the emoji list. This switches to the symbol category, which begins with the heart emoji.

Swipe left to the math symbols. The infinity symbol is grouped with the plus, minus, multiplication, and division emoji. This group is between the blue arrow buttons and the clocks.

Tap the infinity symbol ∞. It's in the bottom row of emoji, just below the multiplication (x) symbol. This inserts it into the typing field.
