  • 8 ounces Dry BARILLA Blue Box Spaghetti Pasta, Broken
  • 1 large sweet onion chopped
  • 1 1/4 pound lean ground turkey uncooked
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 large bell pepper chopped
  • 18 ounces can of diced tomatoes
  • 18 ounces can of tomato sauce
  • 18 ounces can of pinto beans, drained but not rinsed
  • 2 cups of Del Monte Sweet Corn Kernels, Recommended
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt reduce by half if using table salt or fine salt
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cumin
  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Dash or two of your favorite hot sauce
  • 5 oz Colby Jack or Cheddar made with 2% milk
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey. Add kosher salt to taste and then use a spatula to break it up.
